Candace Richard, DHA, MPA

Candace Richard currently serves as the Executive Assistant for the Bullard Center. With more than 20 years of experience at Texas Southern University, she manages and oversees the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the Bullard Center. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration, which aids in ardent knowledge of organizational importance and impact in performing advanced duties and provision of support to facilitate and communicate the operations of the Center. Additionally, Candace’s contribution to the team includes compilations of research and statistical information, data computation, and completion of special projects.
